How to make a coconut cloud blue smoothie with kencko

There’s no sweeter, more tropical, or visually striking way to start your morning than with a homemade, fruit and veggie-filled twist on the viral coconut cloud smoothie. The best part? You don't necessarily need to live in Greater Los Angeles or spend $20 (with tip) per smoothie to pull it off.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 packet of blues 

  • 1 tbsp almond butter 

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • ¼ cup cold coconut cream

 

 

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients except coconut cream together. 

  • With a whisk, whip up the cold coconut cream until frothy. 

  • Spread some whipped coconut cream on the inside of your glass to form small clouds. 

  • Pour your smoothie in your glass, and top with the remaining coconut cream.
